Thanks to everyone who came to class this morning and heard Tracy Costello lead us in "Delivered From The Law" from our study of the book of Romans. We won't hold class the next two Sundays (Christmas Day and New Year's Day) so the next time we meet will be January 8, 2012. Anne Shannon will lead us in chapter 7 titled "In The Spirit". You've got three weeks to read Romans 8:1-39 so you'll be ready...so read it twice.
The Families of Faith Christmas party was a huge success. Thanks to the Webbs for opening their home to a group of people the presence of whom they KNEW would result in a need to repaint. The food everybody brought was outstanding, the games were fun, and the annual gift exchange went as expected - the girls had lots of nice gifts and the guys all truly gave from the heart.
If you will be able to help with delivering gifts to the Pregnancy & Advocacy Center for Baby's First Christmas, we'll be taking them over on Tuesday at 5:30pm. Call Keith Long if you can help. Those who have already agreed to help, call Keith Tuesday afternoon to confirm that we're still doing it that day.
Since we'll be off for a few weeks, now's a good time to consider whether or not you would like to volunteer and teach the class.Well, we know you WANT to, but when? WHEN? Check the open chapters in the list down to the right. Chapters 10, 11 & 12 are open and waiting for you to take them. Let us know which one you want and we'll put your name onto that exclusive list of bold leaders who can read and stitch a sentence together.
