Thanks to everyone who came to class this morning. Lynn Ross led us in "The Gospel to the Gentiles" as part of our study on the Book of Acts. Garrick Palmer will lead us this Sunday in Chapter 6, "Paul's First Missionary Journey". Read up on Acts 13:1 - 14:28 to prepare for the lesson.
"Fall On The Mound" is this Saturday, September 24. This is the biggest event at Trietsch every year, and this year it has doubled in size. Hundreds of crafters, artists and jewelers will display their homemade works for sale. Admission is free, and you just might wrap your Christmas shopping early. Maybe.
The Trietsch Fall Festival is October 30. It includes "Trunk Or Treat", Train Rides, Games, and of course the Chili Cook-Off. Mmm, chili. If you'd like to enter the Chili Cook-Off, the cost is $25 per entry and the deadline to enter is October 16. Contact Stefani Inskeep at stefanii@tmumc.org for more information.
And - we STILL have a couple of openings for willing souls to teach the class. Take a look at the schedule to the right and down from here and let us know that you'd like to snag one of them. Don't let others have ALL the fun.
Until next we meet, know that we are blessed and loved and that our mileage may vary.
