An all-time record 7 people came to class this morning to continue our study on 1 & 2 Timothy, Titus, and Philemon. We finished the Timothies with 2 Timothy, chapters 3 & 4. It was Paul's final words before the Romans executed him, and they were directed toward Timothy. This Sunday (8/26) Laura Simmons will lead us in chapter 5 of the study, "Living Faithfully in a Hostile Environment". Read the book of Titus (it's only 3 chapters) to prepare for this Sunday's study.

Also this Sunday 8/26, we'll hold nominations for class leadership positions. President, treasurer, curriculum, social, and support. It would be terrific to have a loaded room for this, considering blind nominations are not always appreciated by those who are blindly nominated. So...
