Happy Valentines Day and thanks to everyone that came to class Sunday. Dana did an excellent job leading us in Lesson 8 "On The Way To The Cross" in our series on the Gospel of Mark. By now, Jesus has divulged to his disciples what's going to happen to him, and they still just don't seem to grasp it fully. Stay tuned next week - same Bat time, same Bat channel - for lesson 9, "Nonconformity". Lynn will lead us in that.

Men! Theres a "Men's Night Out" planned for Saturday, March 13 at Resistol Arena in Mesquite. I know what you're thinking, "but Stubie, all they do there is rodeo stuff." Well, yes. We're going out there to watch BULL RIDING. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased from Dan Chraska at runner@grandecom.net. Yee haw!
